Return Policy

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return service. You are not required to pay return shipping fees or handling charges, and there are no "final sale" product restrictions. Even if the product has been used, you can still request a return. Please contact our customer service team via email at help@maygirls.com.au within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate a return request.

During holidays or special promotions (such as Christmas, Father's Day, etc.), we extend the return period to 45 days, giving you more time to decide, especially for gift purchases.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange a product, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked free exchange service. Even if the product has been used, you can still request an exchange. Please contact help@maygirls.com.au to initiate an exchange request. To save time, we recommend providing our customer service team with the reason for the exchange, the item you wish to exchange, and your shipping address. We will ship the new item directly to your address, and you can return the original item after receiving the replacement.

Refund Policy

If the product arrives leaking, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at help@maygirls.com.au and provide details about the issue. You can request a full refund or a free exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days and notify you of the progress. If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at help@maygirls.com.au.

Special Notice for EU Customers

For customers in EU countries, we extend the 14-day cooling-off period to 30 days. During this 30-day period, you are entitled to the same no-questions-asked return and exchange rights as customers in other regions.

Simplified Return and Exchange Packaging

We’ve simplified our return and exchange packaging requirements. You don’t need complicated packaging. Just return the item in its original packaging if possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, you can use other suitable materials for the return to avoid inconvenience.
