  2. Do you accept international orders?
    Yes, we ship to over 43 countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Canada, and the United States.

  3. How much will my shipping cost?
    The shipping fee is $30, which includes transportation costs.

  4. Can I order wholesale?
    Yes, we offer wholesale options worldwide.

  5. What extraction methods are used for your essential oils?
    Most essential oils are extracted via steam distillation, while citrus oils are cold-pressed from the peel.

  6. What quality are your essential oils?
    All Maygirls' essential oils are rigorously tested to ensure the highest quality and purity. We also offer Certified Organic options, free from synthetic pesticides and GMOs.

  7. Are your essential oils therapeutic-grade?
    The term 'Therapeutic-Grade' is misleading, as there is currently no standardized grading system for essential oils.

  8. Do essential oils expire?
    Essential oils have expiry dates printed on the packaging. While they don’t technically go rancid, they can oxidize over time. Store them in a cool, dark place to prolong their life.

  9. Can your essential oils be taken internally?
    While our oils are 100% pure and may meet food-grade standards, we do not recommend internal use without consulting a healthcare professional.

Shipping Timeframes
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

  • International orders (outside of Australia): typical delivery time is 5-14 days.
  • Domestic orders (within Australia): usual delivery time is 1-15 days, depending on the route.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Return Policy: We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy, including used products. Please contact help@maygirls.com.au within 30 days to initiate a return.
  • Exchange Policy: We have a 30-day free exchange policy for used products. Email help@maygirls.com.au with your exchange details.
  • Refund Policy: For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us for a full refund or exchange. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days.

EU Customers
EU customers have a 30-day cooling-off period with the same return rights.
